Dutch Tube Bending Association (DTBA) holds General Members’ Meeting at BestBend
The DTBA’s General Members’ Meeting took place this year at BestBend. During the visit, the attending members were given a unique insight into the company’s expertise. Our Managing Director, Rudi Vandevoordt, guided the group through the world of rolling aluminium profiles and demonstrated how this technique is applied in a wide range of projects, from window and door profiles to complex roof structures.
After this inspiring introduction, the official General Members’ Meeting took place. An important item on the agenda was the transition of the chairmanship. Bas Coppens had previously indicated that he wished to hand over his role as chairman. During the meeting, Rob de Vries was elected as the new chairman of the DTBA.
With a new chairman in place, the DTBA looks ahead to an active year with various member visits, employee meetings and a study trip. The association remains committed to further developing and promoting the industry and to showcasing what is possible within this sector.
