We have been doing this for over forty years at BestBend and have completed various projects that involved the delivery of bent solutions with a wood finish. Bending profiles with a wood finish always involves the risk of damage, but this is hardly perceptible.
BestBend has entered into partnerships with various profile manufacturers. In response to your request, we may procure standardised profiles from their partners.
Would you rather supply us with these yourself? Please keep in mind that your profiles will always be slightly shorter after bending. An additional length of 1 metre is sufficient in 9 out of 10 cases. Specific profiles, such as rails and façade profiles, must be supplied 1.5 metres longer.

Does your project or profile require specific tolerances? In this case, we propose completing a test bend. The costs of this test will be based on the actual hours of work involved or a previously agreed-upon budget. During the production, we will save the bending values and use unique numbering. This ensures that we will complete any additional orders in an identical manner.
